What the petition asks
The EU referendum result was very close. It has since become clear that many voters feel misled by claims from the Brexit campaign and wished they had voted differently. In view of the damage that Brexit would cause to the economy and future existence of the UK, Parliament must overrule the result.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
