WE THE PEOPLE HAVE NO FAITH IN MR OSBORNE ,WE WANT HIM TO RESIGN.

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

Chancellor George Osborne should resign after presenting a budget that does not add up. We say unfairness and injustice were at the heart of last week’s budget, which included cuts to benefits for the disabled. We call for the chancellor to stand down and stop with the lies.
Mr Osborne's Budget, which announced £4.4bn in cuts to disablity benefits while promising tax cuts for the better off.
He said: "While [disability benefit cuts] are defensible in narrow terms, given the continuing deficit, they are not defensible in the way they were placed within a Budget that benefits higher earning taxpayers".
The Chancellor has failed the British people. He should follow the honourable course taken by David Cameron and resign.

Because George Osborne and the cabinet are not competent in running the finances of the UK and will cause thousands of children and other families to enter poverty and will cause thousands of more crises within the UK.

Why it was rejected

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.

The resignation of an individual Minister, including the Chancellor, is not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole. It is a decision for the individual concerned.
