What the petition asks

LORD JUSTICE LAWS in his ruling against the Metric Martyrs in 2002 stated, the Referendum in 1975 gave the peoples consent to the EC Act 1972. (special status as a constitutional statute) consent has now been removed and the EC Act 1972 has NO LEGITIMACY and contravenes our sovereign parliament.
