Referendum over terms of Brexit - delay triggering article 50 for one year.
Rejected
12 signatures
What the petition asks
The terms of Brexit would be another major constitutional change. Therefore, we should have a second referendum once we know what the Brexit deal is. We should delay triggering article 50 until after the second referendum.
A major constitutional change requires a referendum and we have not voted on the terms of Brexit, which would be a major constitutional change.
