What the petition asks

During the UK, EU referendum campaign people were lied to, deceived, frightened and led to making uninformed decisions.

If democracy means that people have a choice, then surely that choice must be their own. Not a manipulated one. Therefore, this referendum does not stand.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Call for a second EU referendum as the first did not have a clear mandate.
