UK as part of EU exit talks seek a EU citizenship with passport for UK citizens

What the petition asks
There was a significant number of UK citizens who voted in the referendum to remain in the EU. They may wish to continue the privileges of the EU by taking out EU citizenship with an EU passport for an annual fee. Dual nationality is recognised by the UK and should have no objection to the status
The voting patterns in the recent referendum showed younger people clearly in favour of staying in the EU. EU citizenship for them would allow them the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the EU and not be restricted by UK citizenship.
