Petition · past parliament

Hold a General Election to elect MPs to Leave or Remain in the EU.

Rejected 20 signatures

What the petition asks

Only a small minority of MPs elected a year ago think we should leave the EU. There is no parliamentary majority to leave. All MPs should now stand for election on the basis that they will support Remain or Leave. This would then elect a Parliament to validate the Referendum, or refute it .

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
