I want a new referendum when the exit deal is on the table

What the petition asks
As people who voted for the UK to leave the EU didn't know what they were voting for as we have no Brexit leader/manifesto and we have no idea what our deal will be in leaving the EU, shouldn't we have another referendum when the deal is on the table? So we can choose to stay if we don't like it.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
