What the petition asks
In 1972 HMG passed this Act into Law.
Not only was this carried out with no reference to the electorate, but was also deceitful in that while HMG claimed that there would be "no loss of Sovereignty", the Act effectively transferred the primacy of British Law to the EU commission.
