What the petition asks
After the EU Referendum people are campaigning to have another referendum. This now needs to be debated in the house of commons by people who the majority wish to stay in so it will be an unfair result. The public had sufficient warning of the date to carry out their own research.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
