What the petition asks

We recently had a referendum and it is democratic one, which means it is law abiding.
The UK has been already asked to leave so a second referendum would not get us back in Europe.
Also David Cameron has resigned so would not be able to revoke his decision. Cancel the 2nd referendum
Over 1.4 million more people fully agreed to leave EUROPE

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
