What the petition asks
only because this was an important vote and even though the majority voted out, this should be honoured. There is a petetion to get another vote but i would say if any vote is cast, if you keep allowing people to vote again then the opposite side that doesn't win will want it again etc etc
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
