What the petition asks
Leave claimed £350m a week would be saved by leaving EU. Putting this into the NHS was a central plank to their campaign. With EU funds received, this figure is actually estimated £161m. Before votes counted, Leave backtracked on NHS commitment. 2nd referendum required due to deliberate misleading.
