What the petition asks
The EU Referendum has been completed and the country has voted to leave the EU. Parliament has to respect the will of the majority of the nation. Having a MP call on Parliament to defy this will goes against democracy and is an insult to the people.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The UK Government and Parliament are not responsible for suspending MPs from office because of their views or opinions.
