A referendum on a second referendum of the referendum on EU membership

What the petition asks

Should it be decided in Parliament that the HM Government implement a rule that if the Remain or Leave vote is less than 60%, based on a turnout less than 75%, there should be another referendum then we the undersigned demand a referendum on this second referendum

Why it was rejected
