What the petition asks
You get a 14 day cool-off period to decide whether you want to keep or return an online purchase. This is a bit bigger. No-one anticipated that this vote could lead to the break-up of the United Kingdom. We should be able to reconsider the decision now we are more aware of the consequences.
Knowing what we now know, we should be allowed to have a second vote, with more specific, properly thought-through victory criteria. If, after that process, we still vote for Brexit - fine.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
