Petition · past parliament
Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty should be triggered before the next PM election.

What the petition asks
It would be profoundly undemocratic of our MP's to campaign on reversing the referendum simply to gain entry to the Prime Ministers role. We wish to make sure that this is not an issue which will plague the next general election, and that the will of the majority of the British public is respected.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
