What the petition asks
"Emergency Order In Council" - and ask for an Order In Council to repeal the “1972 European Communities Act, as Amended” which is the “enabling Legal Instrument” for everything EU-related which followed it. We wish this to be enforced if agreed.
We voted on the 23rd and won by a1 million plus majority, We expected our vote to begin Immediately the process of Exit from EU Due tothe PM refusal and backstepping on Article 50.We now have to enforce to create stability for our country and people aswell as Markets. Due to Goverments reluctance we wish this to be discussed and implemented on our behalf.
