Ensure the government agree to keep us in the EEA and EFTA in exit negotiations

What the petition asks
As a result of the United Kingdoms EU referendum deciding that we should depart from the EU, many who enjoyed the freedom of movement between nations will now have that privilege revoked. In addition we risk losing many jobs due to businesses deciding to move abroad to be within the EEA and EFTA
The European Economic Area (EEA) is a single market that provides for the free movement of persons, goods, services and capital through three of the four member states of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway – and all 28 member states of the European Union (EU). I am proposing a petition to ensure the government maintain our membership of these associations in order to safeguard jobs and our freedom to move around the continent.
