Disregard the Result of the Advisory Referendum on the UK's membership of the EU

Rejected 15 signatures

What the petition asks

We, the undersigned, petition HM Government to disregard the result of the advisory referendum on the UK's membership of the EU.

Vote Leave politicians have now admitted that these promises cannot be delivered and have therefore misled the electorate.
The United Kingdom held a referendum on the UK's membership of the EU on the 23rd June 2016.

The result was heavily influenced by statements & promises by Vote Leave which they have now distanced themselves from & admit they aren't truthful or cannot now be delivered.

The very close vote was influenced by their key promises such as £350 million extra per week on the NHS and an end to freedom of movement.

The UK should not be pulled out of the EU by such an abuse of democratic process.
