What the petition asks
He promised that he would invoke it as soon as possible but now is backing out so someone else can either ignore the referendum, or hold a new one. We voted out so he should keep his word.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
