What the petition asks

We lived in the shadow of Europe for too many years it's time to make Britain great and proud again.
Our forefathers fought and in many cases sadly died to keep our freedom and democracy intact.

June 23rd We gave our government and elected officials the power to do the same again.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

The 23 June should be designated as Independence Day, and celebrated annually.
