What the petition asks

If the NHS isn't given another £18.2bn a year (that's £350m a week) as repeatedly promised throughout the EU referendum campaign then the EU referendum should be declared void.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We're not sure what action you would like. As we understand it, the £350 million figure related to money that would be saved after the UK had left the EU. It's not clear how the result of the referendum could be "voided" once the UK has already left the EU.
