London to be a self-governing city state in the EU independent of the UK.

What the petition asks

After the EU referendum Greater London will exit the EU along with the whole of the UK. This petition proposes a referendum for the voters in Greater London to vote on independence from the UK and transform Greater London into a separate self-governing city state within the EU.

Why it was rejected
