What the petition asks
The EU referendum has caused such a fundamental change in our constitution that the MPs voted for by the electorate in 2015 may no longer represent the needs of the majority of their constituents. Furthermore a change in prime minister should trigger a GE as the electorate may not want that leader.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
