We call for a general election to ensure we have a democratically elected PM.

What the petition asks

Since the resignation of David Cameron on the 24 June we the undersigned ask that a general election be held so we can democratically elect our next prime minister.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

A change in prime minister should trigger a general election.
