What the petition asks
As you may know, recently this website has had a huge petition for a second referendum, causing more and more people to create non-serious petitions, such as:
-4th referendum to shutdown the 2nd and 3rd u referendums
-battle of hasting rematch
-penalty shootout rematch
And many more.

And many more.
I believe that it has become too easy to change the country just by sitting at a computer and clicking around.
I know this petition is almost the definition of irony, by if this petition succeeds it would cancel out the point to have this petition, but I believe it would make the united kingdom better, by saving councillors and members of parliament time by removing unnecessary and usually uninformed petitions from having to be debated.

Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The Government and Parliament could choose to shut down this website, but they do not have the power to close all petitions websites.
