Challenge whether the EU referendum result is valid if voters were misled

Rejected 15 signatures

What the petition asks

The Leave Campaign’s “Let’s give our NHS the £350 million the EU takes every week” statement was evidently a key factor in the Leave campaign’s referendum victory.

However, it is increasingly clear that members of the Leave campaign have no intention of honouring the promises they made.
The referendum result was won on a false premise if the British people were misled.

As there is no way back from Great Britain leaving the European Union, should parliament accept the result of the referendum when the result was potentially influenced by misinformation

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
