Petition · past parliament

Conduct a further referendum on Great Britains membership of the EU.

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

On 23rd June Great Britain voted to leave the EU. The campaign was conducted immorally and fraught with lies and none factual information leading many people to vote without knowing the true impact this would have. Such a majority is not enough for a decision of this magnitude.
I propose for a decision of this magnitude that at least 75% of the electorate should take part for it to hold validity.
The other petition is asking for reterospective legislation and will not reach debate stage due to this.
