What the petition asks
TFL closed down all ticket offices a crosss the network. General public are complaining in lack support available and the staff not having the right tools to solve customers issues. Ticket machines are not reliable, public would prefer having a ticket office.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
