Ensure that the resignation of a Prime Minister triggers a General Election

What the petition asks

The Conservative leadership election will, if it proceeds unhindered, appoint a Prime Minister without a mandate from the electorate. A government with less than 30% of the available vote should call a General Election when changing party leader.
