What the petition asks
There is a suggestion that the government will avoid activating article 50 following the vote to leave the EU.
The British people have spoken in accordance with the formal rules of the referendum and in doing so have instructed the government to exit the EU which they should now do .

Any government ignoring the clear instructions of a majority of its electorate is not fit for government. It us required that either a clear intention to exit the EU is signalled, or the removal of the government and all.members of the UK parliament who indicated that they wish to remain within the EU since that will remove the obstacles to complying with the decision.
Why it was rejected
