What the petition asks

I am a citizen of the UK and resident of England disturbed by the decision to leave the EU. Company law requires a 75% majority for special resolutions. Significant change should only occur when favoured by a convincing majority.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
