What the petition asks

There is a petition being signed at the moment calling for a 2nd EU referendum. That cannot happen.
We was promised a referendum on whether we stay in or not and we were given one. We voted out, fairly and as the prime minister has stated already, there will be NO 2nd referendum. So lets make sure the government live up to this.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
