What the petition asks
We the undersigned request that our MP's act in accordance with their elected responsibilities to protect the stability and unity of the United Kingdom and restore economic and political confidence in our nation.
After marginal 1.9% result to leave the EU points have emerged to question the validity and practicality of Brexit:
-Leave campaign failed to plan for Brexit
-Government crippled & PM resigned
-Shadow Cabinet in disarray; unable to be effective opposition
-Leave campaign claims for immigration & extra NHS budget now conceded as false
-Scotland, Northern Ireland, London & Gibraltar may seek to leave UK
If a repeat referendum were to be held many Leave voters would now reconsider their position.
