What the petition asks
If a second vote is held for the EU referendum it should include all people who will be affected by the outcome. It seems only fair to include 16 and 17 year old people, as was done in the recent Scottish Independence election.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
