All Home Nations must show majority support to exit the European Union

What the petition asks
The United Kingdom is uniquely structured. A divided vote disrespects this unique relationship, and threatens its existence. The exiting of the European Union should happen, if and when, all four Home Nations vote to leave the EU.
The Scottish referendum on Independence showed the clear desire for Scotland to remain within the United Kingdom, and exiting the European Union puts this in jeopardy. Both Scotland and Northern Ireland voted to remain in the European Union, and England and Wales together should not be able to overcome this purely through their larger populations.
