What the petition asks
Parliament should not enact the results of the EU referendum because: a majority of 2% is unsafe: i. since less than 38% of the voting population have voted to exit the EU, a 40 year old institution, and ii. 1.6m 16/17 yo's shd have been included as it will be 2 years to exit
