The EU Referendum 2016 should be cast aside by the Government.

Rejected 18 signatures

What the petition asks

The EU Referendum was advisory & not legally binding. Voters were misled with promises which have now been denied. Only an elected Prime Minister following a General Election should invoke Article 50 for the UK to withdraw from the EU and that should be the mandate upon which he/she is elected.
