We call on MPs to take responsibility for the final decision to Leave or Remain

Rejected 19 signatures

What the petition asks

Given that:
- Widespread concerns have emerged on both sides that must be addressed.
- The referendum reveals a country split almost down the middle or unsure how to vote
- the quality of information available on both sides was widely agreed to be misleading or inadequate
We therefore call for MPs to set aside leadership battles, to work together for the good of the country as a whole to provide:
a) a costed Manifesto and Plan for both options being considered, to Leave or Remain
b) cross party detailed proposals as to how the deep concerns on each side, on issues such as sovereignty, austerity, NHS and immigration will be addressed if we Leave or Remain
c) a second referendum to gather views in the light of the above before Parliament takes the final decision
