While David Cameron sits on his hands and does nothing, the country is in increasing crisis. It is unacceptable that he will not address this issue. He has a duty to the country to address this issue urgently.

It is his duty to end the uncertainty around this which is destabling the country after a democratic referendum voted to leave. He has a duty to do this urgently whether he is going to give up the Premiership or not. We need to end all this speculation and infighting.
