Referendum on Draft Agreement to be put to the EU Council for UK Leaving the EU.

What the petition asks
We require HM Government to carry out a second referendum on the terms for UK exit from the EU as negotiated in the Draft Agreement to be put to the EU Council so the electorate can confirm that the benefits of “Leave” are to be delivered.
The UK electorate has voted to leave the European Union and based that decision on the published statements from members of a variety of political parties and other interested organisations.
The negotiation with the EU will be carried out by the government which may or may not be able to deliver on the promises made by all these parties.
The electorate should therefore be given a chance to vote on whether the promises made that influenced their vote have been delivered or not.
