Increase the minimum annual leave from 20 days to 25 days + public holidays

This will improve the morale in workforces and benefit families with children who are in school who can't afford child care or to take days unpaid throughout term breaks

The current statutory minimum for full-time workers is 28 days' paid annual leave. We're not sure which group of workers you would like to receive 25 days' leave plus bank holidays.
