What the petition asks
Scotland is currently denied being able to pay for their own prescriptions & education like the rest of the country does. Help them to feel unity with Britain by allowing them the same privileges as English people.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
