We demand the EU referendum result is declared void.

What the petition asks

The Leave Campaign mislead voters by making the following false claims in order to win the EU Referendum:

• An explicit pledge to invest the £350 million that goes to the EU every week into the NHS. This was advertised on their bus and leaflets. Nigel Farage later claimed this was “a mistake”.
• Britain would ‘take back control of its borders’ if there were no free movement of people. Boris Johnson has now admitted that in order to trade in the single market the trade-off will have to be free movement of people.

This is what most Leave voters based their decision on.

This referendum is NOT legally binding. Parliament should have a vote on whether to trigger Article 50. David Cameron should also withdraw his resignation and finish the job he was elected to do.
