Perform a Due Diligence Test regarding the UK’s Exit from the EU

What the petition asks

Brexit will result in huge changes for the UK. There is a big risk that Leave voters will not get what they hoped for any more than Remain voters. In business a big change like this would have a Due Diligence Test - checking that the aims and promises were possible and the facts and claims correct

Perhaps this is a similar idea to Gordon Browns "Five Economic Tests" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_economic_tests) but not limited to just economics - applying formal checks and balances to an important national issue.
