What the petition asks
We don't want Theresa May as Prime Minister because this is the woman who said Britain would benefit greatly from Sharia Law and cuts the Border Force so how can anyone consider her as Prime Minister material.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
In any case, as you might already know, the Prime Minister of the UK is not chosen by the UK Government or Parliament.
