What the petition asks

The aftermath of the EU referendum has damaged our financial security, imperilled vulnerable members of our society, divided the country and made us a laughing stock in the international community. Political infighting is denying us the leadership we need at this critical time.
All this self-inflicted damage can be stopped by the immediate cessation of intent to withdraw from the EU in the absence of any compelling reason to do so.
