What the petition asks
The recent result in the UK referendum was not in fact a true reflection of the wishes of the majority of the British people on whether to leave the EU. It does not reflect the current wishes of the majority of the British people in light of post-referendum events.
This proposal is based on the fact that the Brexit campaign and prominent supporters presented false information and propaganda. Misleading voters and removing their right to an informed choice. Many voters now regret their vote because, had they been in possession of the facts they would have chosen to vote remain.
