Have a public enquiry into the post referendum conduct of BBC

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

The BBC have shown that its impartiality requirement has been disregarded during the referendum and post vote. It essential that the BBC does not have its own political agenda when reporting and examining major political issues and have failed the test during the campaign and post vote.
The BBC current affairs programmes, News both local and National have since the referendum have been actively engaged in promoting a 2nd referendum and engaged in pushing the petition for 2nd referendum even though it was quite clear and subsequently proven that many signatories were invalid and fraudulent and against the democratic principles of the United Kingdom.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The BBC Trust is responsible for investigating breaches of the BBC Charter, which includes complaints about the impartiality of the BBC.
